- Inspect lug nut torque and rim condition
- Ensure even wear and alignment suitability
4. Mast, Forks & Chains
- Inspect forks for bends, cracks, and secure pins
- Lubricate mast chains and verify tension
- Check backrest, carriage and mast rollers
5. Operational Control Test
- Test lift, tilt, side-shift and travel controls
- Ensure horn, backup alarm, lights function
- Inspect brakes, seatbelt and steering function
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Log inspection results in daily checklist form
- Document load hours and safety observations
- Report and tag any defects immediately
