Pre-Inspection Preparation
- Review last inspection reports and operational logs
- Gather required inspection tools and safety gear
- Park forklift securely with parking brake engaged
- Ensure lockout/tagout protocols for safety during inspection
Engine and Fluid System Checks
- Check and top-up engine oil, coolant, brake, and hydraulic fluids
- Inspect fuel system for leaks, damages, or corrosion
