Daikin WLPB – Yearly Chiller Maintenance Procedure
Use this checklist for annual service of Daikin WLPB vapor absorption chillers to ensure system longevity, reliability, and energy performance.
Comprehensive System Overhaul
- Complete detailed inspection of all components including internal vessel examination
- Review total annual operating hours and reset service counters
- Test all alarms under simulated fault conditions and document response
- Replace all gaskets, seals, and soft goods per manufacturer schedule
- Update all equipment documentation and as-built drawings
- Perform vibration analysis on all rotating equipment
Solution System Overhaul
- Perform complete solution reconditioning or replacement as needed
