1. Compressor & Oil System Check
- Inspect oil levels and check for discoloration or contamination.
- Listen for unusual noises or vibrations during compressor operation.
- Review oil pressure and temperature readings and ensure stability.
2. Refrigerant System Inspection
- Measure and record refrigerant pressures for both evaporator and condenser sides.
- Check for signs of refrigerant leakage, including frost or residue on lines and fittings.
- Inspect refrigerant isolation valves and monitoring sensors for proper function.
3. Electrical System Assessment
- Inspect electrical terminals and tighten connections as required.
- Verify the functionality of protective relays, fuses, and circuit breakers.
- Check for error codes or alarms displayed on the control panel and address them appropriately.
4. Heat Exchanger & Water System Review
- Inspect evaporator and condenser water circuits for proper flow and cleanliness.
- Confirm the operation of flow switches, pressure differential devices, and related controls.
- Measure pressure drops across the heat exchangers and compare with baseline readings.
5. System Performance Verification
- Check system energy efficiency ratios and other performance indicators.
- Compare operational data with previous weekly logs to identify any abnormal trends.
- Document and submit maintenance findings and recommendations in the CMMS or report system.
