Comprehensive System Assessment
- Perform full system visual inspection, checking structural components and mounting hardware
- Review operational trends for the past month, comparing energy consumption and performance data
- Test and verify the function of alarm systems and remote communications
- Inspect insulation integrity and identify areas needing repair
Compressor & Refrigerant Analysis
- Analyze compressor operation for efficiency, vibration, and noise levels
- Perform refrigerant leak detection survey using electronic tools
- Test refrigerant charge, superheat, and subcooling conditions
- Conduct oil analysis for quality and contamination checks
Heat Exchanger Evaluation
- Inspect condenser and evaporator heat exchangers for fouling and corrosion
- Perform temperature differential analysis and verify approach temperatures
- Test water distribution and ensure even flow through all heat exchanger circuits

Water System Analysis
