Inspection Preparation
- Gather last year's inspection reports, maintenance records, and service logs
- Assemble diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and safety gear
- Schedule forklift downtime and ensure safe inspection area with proper lockout/tagout
Battery & Electrical System Evaluation
- Perform full battery capacity and load testing with certified equipment
- Test charging system and verify efficient charging cycles
- Inspect all wiring, connections, and control modules for wear or faults
Hydraulic System Assessment
- Test hydraulic system pressure and flow rate under load
- Flush and replace hydraulic fluids if required
- Inspect hoses, cylinders, and seals for leaks or signs of wear
Structural Integrity Check
