2. Engine & Fluid Checks
- Inspect engine oil condition, level, and contamination signs.
- Evaluate coolant levels and radiator system for leaks.
- Top off or replace hydraulic, brake, and transmission fluids as needed.
- Inspect diesel fuel lines, tank integrity, and fuel cap seal.
3. Brake, Mast, & Hydraulic Systems
- Test both service and parking brake systems for function and wear.
- Lubricate mast chains; inspect fork alignment and heel thickness.
- Verify smooth operation of lift, tilt, and side-shift hydraulics.
- Examine hydraulic hoses and cylinders for leaks or abrasion.
4. Electrical & Safety Systems
- Check all lights, horn, indicators, and backup alarm functionality.
- Inspect battery terminals, electrolyte level, and secure mounting.
- Test alternator output and inspect wiring harness for damage.
- Ensure seat belt, overhead guard, and load plate are intact and compliant.
5. Weekly Maintenance Plan
- Assign Week 1–4 tasks according to forklift usage cycle.
- Use weekly performance data to predict maintenance needs.
- Update digital records and submit reports via Oxmaint APP.
- Schedule follow-up actions and parts replacement as required.
