Hangcha XC10T Monthly Inspection Procedure
Follow this monthly checklist procedure to maintain your forklift’s safety, performance, and compliance.
1. Battery Maintenance
- Check battery water level and top up with distilled water
- Inspect specific gravity of all cells
- Clean terminals, apply protective grease
- Verify proper charge and charger settings
2. Electrical System
- Inspect motor controller for error codes
- Torque check all main power cable connections
- Check insulation and signs of overheating
- Test operational indicators and dashboard lights
3. Hydraulics & Fluids
- Check hydraulic fluid level and contamination
- Inspect for leaks at lines, valves, and cylinders
- Flush brake fluid if required
- Check cooling system around motor and pump
4. Fork, Mast & Chains
- Measure fork heel wear (must be under 10%)
- Inspect mast rollers and grease points
- Check lift chains for elongation and lube
- Test smooth function of lift and tilt operations
5. Wheels & Chassis
- Inspect tyres for wear, bulges, or embedded debris
- Check rim condition and wheel nut torque
- Verify frame integrity (no cracks or rust)
- Test overhead guard stability
6. Safety Systems
- Test horn, alarm, and emergency shut-off
- Verify seatbelt and fire extinguisher presence
- Ensure visibility of safety decals and load plate
- Check lighting and reverse buzzer function
7. Inspection Summary & Digital Log
- Record all measurement readings and findings
- Document maintenance tasks performed
- Upload data to Oxmaint for analysis
- Schedule next inspection and review trends
