Battery System
- Test discharge under load and log voltage dips
- Inspect BMS indicators and cell temperature differentials
- Log watering history and battery age
Hydraulic Systems
- Test full lift and tilt extension with load
- Inspect cylinder alignment and guide wear
- Check mast chain slack and track grease points
Drive, Steering & Braking
- Torque check drive motor mounts
- Test acceleration delay and regen brake response
- Review brake pad wear and fluid status
Structure & Frame
- Inspect chassis welds and overhead guard mounts
- Check backrest alignment and frame twist under load
- Log tire wear percent and wheel nut torque status
Electronic & Safety System
- Verify SAS logic alert reset and override restrictions
- Test interlocks: seat sensor, pedal logic, forward switch

Compliance & Documentation
- Verify operator’s manual, capacity plate, and warning decals
- Ensure extinguisher charge and annual tag record
