Granular access control allows you to configure individual permissions for each system module (Organization, Team, Maintenance, Inspection, Shutdown, Purchasing, Asset, Inventory, EHS, Document, Subscription). You can set No Access, View, Edit, or Full Access for each module, ensuring team members only see what they need.
OxMaint's biometric dashboard integrates with biometric time tracking systems to automatically record check-ins, check-outs, and work hours. The dashboard shows real-time metrics including currently active members, total hours worked, productivity scores, and system uptime. Contact our integration team to connect your biometric devices.
The Approver role grants team members permission to approve work orders, purchase requests, and other items requiring authorization. When you enable Approver Role for a member, they can review and approve submissions from other team members. This is separate from the Admin role and can be assigned to any member who needs approval authority.
Skills and expertise area tracking helps you match the right technicians to the right jobs. When creating work orders, you can filter available technicians by required skills. MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) tracking monitors each technician's average repair time, helping identify training needs and optimize work assignments for faster resolution.
