Are all electric fire pumps required to be tested weekly?

No — the default since the 2014 edition of NFPA 25 is monthly churn for most electric pumps. Weekly is required for specific higher-risk configurations under §8.3.1.2.1: vertical turbine pumps, pumps with limited service controllers, pumps serving fire protection in buildings beyond fire-department pumping capacity (typically high-rise), and pumps taking suction from ground-level tanks or low-pressure sources.
